Payment Options - Clinical Teaching

The following payment options are available for your clinical teaching assignment. Directions to select a payment choice will be sent out once a placement is confirmed with the district/school.


CT Placement Fee: $200

The CT Placement Fee is paid before the placement process begins. The CT Placement Fee will be deducted from the Remaining Program Fees listed on the Invoice tab.

Preview of Clinical Teaching Payment Options:

One of the following payment options must be selected prior to the start date of your clinical teaching assignment. Each option requires a payment to be made prior to the beginning of your assignment.

Once payments are set-up, you will receive your CT Admit Letter to begin earning credit for your clinical teaching assignment.

Option #1: Pay in Full

  • 10% discount if paid in one full payment
  • Payment by debit/credit or check/money order are accepted

Option #2: Equal Installment - 4 months

  • Divided into four equal payments: 1st payment due as down payment and the three remaining monthly payments will be paid during the clinical teaching assignment.
  • Remaining three monthly payments will be scheduled on the 15th of each month during your clinical teaching assignment.

Option #3: Combo - 8 months

  • Down payment of $750 and 8 monthly payments.
  • Remaining 8 monthly payments will be scheduled on the 15th of each month during your clinical teaching assignment.
  • Recurring monthly deductions can be set-up with a debit/credit card or by bank draft

Third party payments by friends and family members are accepted after an authorization form is received from the person making payment.
